A town hall style community meeting to plan for the redevelopment of the Holly shopping center and surrounding 6-block area was held on August 28, 2009 at Hiawatha Davis Recreation Center. The attached file summarizes the vision, thinking, and ideas that emerged at that meeting. Over 100 members of the Northeast Park Hill community, as well as numerous community partners, participated actively in this meeting.

Next Actions: 
The Holly area planning group will meet again on Monday, September 14, 2009, at the Hiawatha Davis Recreation Center, starting at 5:30 pm. The planning group will review the outcomes of the town hall meeting and begin planning next steps. Two potential community design partners will also make presentations to the planning group on September 14th.
