III. Committee Purpose and Focus—What should this committee focus on? What is our charge?
• Oversee the data-driven piece of the RFP
• Develop, with community/parent committee, a set of indicators that are owned by the community
• Facilitate selection and development of data tracking tools that people can use
• Monitor/manage services matrix in terms of collaboration
• Ensure communication around data is accessible, in context to community
Potential action item - hold a community retreat (diverse neighbors collective) to make people aware of the history and values of our neighborhoods. We can build the idea of measurement and indicators into this event
IV. Closing Thoughts
• Prius-like MPG indicator to keep us focused daily on the most important things, we adjust our behavior based on feedback
• Intersections of race, class, gender, etc.

• Get clarity across the effort on our model of change
• Like the way this is shaping up -that its not happening in a vacuum
• Feels more concrete, glad we're moving forward
