ASR Innertainment is a multi-media entertainment company that focuses on urban entertainment (Hip Hop Soul Neo Soul and R&B). ASR is divided into 4 main divisions: Recording label, Radio production, Audio/Video production and Ancillary (merchandising). ASR Innertainment was registered in 2004 and has been in various stages of development since. The goal of ASR Innertainment is to create an urban entertainment multi-media company that will promote and develop urban entertainment artists,Afrocentric video/audio lectures and distribute ASR Innertainment merchandise, including but not limited to: clothing, CD's and DVD's.
