Called to Order at 10:16 am
 For next meeting, less presentations and more face time with each other and our legislators would be the most helpful.
 Began discussions about COYAC membership, new applicants, and how seats will be filled next year. Possibly have the Public Affairs Committee draft up an article or two to print in some local newspapers. Anthony will get in touch with Cory about drafting the letter. Need to stress it earlier. May try to send out articles to school newspapers or a letter to school leadership (ie counselors, principles, student councils).
 Committee communications- keep in constant contact with Committee Chairs. Committee Chairs are being non-responsive or not getting emails.
o Stuart will call Annsley- she will in turn call Angelina about Human Rights
o Stuart- call Caroline about Environment, call Maggie about Environment
o Anthony- call Cory about Public Affairs
o Mandy- call Thomas about getting Minutes on website
 Ask for Minutes posted online, and ask when works for them for a Conference Call with Stuart and Anthony. Also, ask them to make sure they are constantly in contact with their committee members, trying to accomplish goals. In addition, ask who is on Committee, and report to Mandy.
 Mandy will begin to post Executive Minutes on the website and the face book group. Starting with this week.
 Mandy will begin working on a power point presentation on Parliamentary Procedure for the next meeting.
