Leadership Development and Making the Sectot a Viable Career Option
Tangible Outcomes:
• Funders – interest in infrastructure that results in fair wages, benefits, and work/life balance
• Recognize broader leadership; ie, not only present lifetime achievement awards but also honor other positive leadership examples
• Develop more peer to peer networks
• Create additional peer development opportunities
