This group is exploring the ways in which nonprofits can collaborate on nonmission-related functions such as IT, bulk purchasing, multi-tenant centers, admin support, fundraising and many others. The purpose of this “Mission First” approach is to create avenues for nonprofit sustainability while freeing up precious staff time for core mission-related work.
